Our lightest espresso roast is a blend of Grade 1 Ethiopian Yrgacheffe beans and Brazil for great crema, bright acidity, and a sweet subtle flavor that blends with milk or stands alone equally well! This blend was inspired by our close friend & barista champion (Shoog!) when we were getting requests for a lighter, less oily roast that would work thru auto-grinders a bit easier than it’s darker, oilier counterparts. We love this one, and it has become one of our most popular blends ever!

Whole Bean: Grind it at home
