Look for notes of currant–this is due in part to the sweet taste of Albizzia berries, used in the production of New Guinea coffee since 1933 when they were first discovered in the picturesque Wahgi valleys of Papua New Guinea. Look for their great flavor in ‘Oyster Roast’!
